Rigorous, and mildly vigorous, Swedish massage is a massage therapy that’s primarily known for its relaxation effects. With our Swedish Massage sessions, your Massage Therapist targets muscles with a combination of friction, gliding strokes, and kneading. The complimentary techniques of: Feldenkrais, Trager, and Lomi Lomi, are also used during our full body, Swedish Massage Therapy sessions.

A rigorous, more vigorous massage. Grounded in Swedish Massage techniques, with the additional techniques of: Thai Massage, Myofascial Release, Orthopedic Massage, Trigger Point Therapy, and Rolfing.

Massage Cupping is a modern adaptation of the ancient art of cupping therapy. While massage performed by applying pressure, cupping instead uses negative pressure to pull, lift, open and expand the body’s soft tissues. ***This is a cupping only service. Very little “hands-on” techniques are used. If you’d like a massage with cupping added to it, consider another service from our menu, with a cupping add-on.
